Important booking information
Cancelation Policy
​
30- 0 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee of the total booking cost. No shows : 100% cancellation fee of the total cost. In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.​

Insurance for cancellations
​
Travel Insurance is highly recommend in the event your flight or travel is canceled due to changes to your travel plans and you are not able to make your booking. Any good Travel Insurer will cover the cost of the cancellation fee.
​
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation. Deposits made to guarantee reservations are non-refundable. Balance of accommodation account is payable 1 Month prior to date of guest's arrival. Refunds of deposits, pre-payments & Postponements are at the discretion of the owners & are dependent on the availability to re-let the rooms. Refunds and postponements of any sort incur a R800 banking and admin fee.

Do I need a 4×4 vehicle?
​
The Kamberg road from Rosetta is littered with pot holes followed by a 2km stretch of gravel road which leads to Qambathi. A high rise vehicle is ideal, but the road is possible in most vehicles however we recommend not using a sports car or very low cars. Please ensure you have sufficient fuel for your onward journey and a serviceable spare wheel.

We don't have any! Just because you are traveling on your own, does not mean you should pay more. (solo travellers only) .

Please note as we are a fully licenced premises it is not possible to consume your own alcohol on the property or your room. Corkage Fees do apply.
